Welcome to KAILASH & LOTUS.
KAILASH & LOTUS is the trading name used by 北京奥乐维克商贸有限公司, which operates this online store and is the contracting merchant for purchases made through the website.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KAILASH & LOTUS and 北京奥乐维克商贸有限公司.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

Free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the United States is included unless otherwise stated on the website or at checkout.
Applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or third-party carrier fees that are not collected at checkout may remain the responsibility of the recipient, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Payments are processed through PayPal or another payment method expressly displayed at checkout.

Due to the limited nature of each release and the international logistics involved, orders are final sale except where otherwise stated in the Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because of a change of mind, personal preference, perceived fit, or subjective expectations when the product has been accurately described and delivered as ordered.
